Greg gave me tips of things I needed to accomplish from removing furniture & clutter, to repainting the outdoor eves & front entrance, refinishing the deck, removing peeling paint/repainting the back porch door & windows, & freshening the baseboard painting,& getting the old cast iron tub refinished. Great has a useful list of people he uses or refers owners to for accomplishing such odd tasks. The tub refinisher was an expert & was available to do the job quickly. Greg’s price estimate for sale price turned out to be right on. I highly recommend him as a knowledgeable real estate professional.
