A few months ago my husband and I purchased 2 North Face backpacks for a upcoming travels. On one of our recent travels the backpack strap buckle, on my husband backpack, broke during flight transportation in the checked baggage. We arrived back to Spokane from our trip, and my husband was sent to training the following day. I returned the backpack to the store the following weekend to order a replacement. I filled out paperwork, only to be told it would take 6 weeks for us to receive the replacement. Sadly, we will not be here in 6 weeks, we will be moving out of the US and don't have our new address yet. My husband would also like his backpack for our move. Jamie went above and beyond, and spoke with the manager to arrange something. Jamie was able to find my husband's account and receipt and she did the replacement/exchange that day. I was able to walk out of the store with the replacement! Our circumstances were unusual and everyone understood that, I was very appreciative that the transaction went so smoothly and my husband is ecstatic to have his replacement for our move.

Okay so I like tried to go to jail. But being the nice people they are, they wouldn't let me go to jail. And I made 4 attempts to go to jail. So yes this is the place to be. Friendly, classy, family fun, clean, just the place to be. I'm back loving Spokane. Love and hugs

Worked with Mark and I believe Jamie as well they were both professional and friendly. Mark took care of me through the entire process of doing an online exchange and making sure I got the best deal on my purchase. Thanks for a great customer experience. The store and staff are doing their part to keep the store safe and friendly * 5 stars all day!
