I came in to the store during the Black Friday sales and it was pretty hectic in there, lots of people everywhere and I started to feel a lil discouraged while trying to find a coat, I'm tall with long arms and so it can be a lil challenging finding a coat with the right arm length. An employee named Luke walked up to me and asked if I needed any help, after trying on a few coats he was able to help me find the perfect coat. He was welcoming, kind, and very patient with me. I'm glad he made the choice to help that day. 5 Star employee. Thank you Luke!!

Every store is really pricy but expected for a suburban outlet mall, was clean and parking is easy

Don't give your contact information (e-mail) upon purchase to ANY North Face store including this one. They e-mail me about 3 times per day with ads, with no option to "unsubscribe". I contacted the 1-800 Customer service # to have them delete me from their system altogether. This was back in September, and they told me within 4-6 weeks I will get no more e-mails. Three months later, I am getting even more e-mails/spams! Hoping the manager of this store Trevor can fix this problem with head office promptly. He was polite on the phone, and my rating will become higher for customer service on his part. But this has left a "bad taste" in my mouth for any future purchases with North Face.
