Koreana is such a pleasure to work with! I can't say enough about Koreana! Working with her has been one of the most pleasant experiences in my life. Between Covid and some personal struggles, I put on a ton of weight. I was at a very low spot in my life and was desperate for help! After attending one of Koreana's workshops, I knew she was the one I wanted to work with. She is genuine and deeply cares for all of her patients. I'm currently down 50 lbs. and feel like I've gained my life back. She is full of knowledge and support. I highly recommend! I promise you won't be disappointed :)

Koreana at Nourished Life Practice is incredible to work with!

From the moment we jumped on the initial consultation call to discuss what health priorities I wanted to work on, I could tell Koreana cared about helping me.

I've been working with Koreana for a while now and I can honestly say I'm so happy with the results we've achieved so far. Following the protocol she laid out for me has allowed me to navigate some stubborn skin issues that I've dealt with for years, sleep better, and have more balanced energy throughout the day.

I would recommend working with Koreana if you are struggling with health issues that have been difficult to handle on your own. 10/10 recommend!
