DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! I left 2 of my gold necklaces in the bin for my massage and they were stolen by someone who works at this establishment.

I have never left a bad review before and I hate to start here but unfortunately I will never be returning to the NOW again and you absolutely shouldn't either.

I went in for a massage this past Sunday and was asked, if possible, to remove my 2 gold necklaces before the massage started. I removed them and put them in the basket in the room. On the drive back home, I realized that I had forgotten to grab my necklaces from the bin, but at that point they were closed since I was the last customer to leave at 9pm.

The next morning I showed up around 9:20 am, which is 40 minutes before they open to the public. I had called them before hand and asked to see the room and search for my necklaces, in which to an extremely unfortunate surprise, the necklaces were not there.

The employees at the front let me know that they have no outsource cleaning crew and they check all the rooms themselves before they lock up for the night. I was the last customer to leave the night before and the first customer there the next day so unfortunately someone at this establishment stole both my necklaces.

We have been going to The NOW for almost 8 years. It is, what we thought, a professional establishment but unfortunately, this woodland hills branch has a thief that does not want to fess up to stealing a 2 of my gold necklaces.

The owner Joelle was nice enough to call me and sadly this is not her fault, as employees are going to do what they are going to do, regardless of training or how their background checks show up but this is unfortunately the cost of running your own business. Stay away from this location at all costs or you might get your stuff stolen from you as well.
