I checked in at 10:00 am for unloading 4 pallets, dropped my trailer at yard according their instruction at 12: 00 pm.Guess what. Now it's 6:30 pm, and I'm still waiting for their notice outside the gate. I don't remember that how many calls I made today to approach their receiving office. I pray to God, never let me back to this facility again. LOL

Truck driver stay away from this place took 20 hours to unload me. They only use one dock for unloading and least take7-8hours. But you gotta wait least to 3-4 hours to drop the trailer.

My appointment was at 1215 AM in the morning showed up early for delivery at 8pm they had me drop trailer in yard at 1030pm at 1210am I was sign pickup my trailer to leave . impeccable service came and woke me up since I didn't answer my phone come to find out the guard that check me in wrote my number down wrong. Hopefully this lets people know don't judge a company by what people have to say about it
