The finest customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered something. It turned out to be on backorder but the website didn't show it backordered or I overlooked that fact. I got an email stating that I could get a different o-ring if my requirements didn't specify NSF. Made contact with them through chat and they completely exceeded my expectations. Friendly, zero time wasted with the communication style, very clear. These guys are experts. They had me sorted out with a different model at a loss to THEM just to make me happy. Superior customer-centric focus.

Awesome experience!! I needed one o-ring for my sprinkler system but wasn't sure of the size. The online chat person directed me to many different sizes and the correct material as well. I ordered 12 various sizes and 4 of them fit! Great selection, couldn't find any of these at my local hardware store. Shipping came a day early too. Highly recommended!!

I've ordered O-rings a few different times. Easy to navigate the website and awesome customer service. Not to mention, the ship time is really quick!
