The Old Spaghetti Factory (OSF) has long been one of my favorite restaurants, since back in the 1960s when my mom used to take us to the OSF in Newport Beach, California and later Sacramento, California. I have since visited many more locations in California, Utah, Oregon, Arizona, Washington and Idaho. This location in Vancouver continues the tradition of excellent food and service. We visited the location today to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday--her choice--and we were not disappointed. At the end of the meal, when we ordered dessert, the server went the extra mile and brought our granddaughter's bowl of ice cream with a candle in it and helped us sing "Happy Birthday" to her. (Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos.)

My family loved coming here, especially my daughter, it was her favorite. When she turned 18, just a couple weeks ago, she tried to get a job there. She was so excited, she had been looking forward to this opportunity to work for her favorite restaurant. Everything was going great, until they saw a hematoma(bruise) on her arm from donating blood at school. They told her that they didn't hire junkies and told her to leave. How unprofessionally rude. She is an honor student and gets straight A's, and they treated her like garbage. Shs was humiliated by them for trying to help save lives. Will never go there again. They need to do better.

Updating my review to 5 stars after a recent visit. The food is consistently well prepared and the staff are efficient and friendly. There can be a wait during the dinner rush so I like to come for an early dinner. The last time we were in we sat at a table kinda behind the trolley which was a great spot because we had a nice view of it and not many people need to walk past that area.
