When I called to schedule an appointment the office staff was very helpful, informative and courteous. The doctor that I had my appointment with was very nice and did a great job. I especially liked a staff member by the name of Lotti . Hi M a totally blind person. She assisted me throughout the whole process of using, setting up, and maintaining my hearing aid. Anytime I had a problem or question, I gave the office a call and she returned my call within a day. It’s so nice to have this office as a resource for my hearing aid needs. Love this place! I would recommend this place to everyone I meet. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me!

This place is a JOKE. First off, there are so many homeless people right outside the clinic, I felt uncomfortable walking to the building with my smal children. Second off, if you need to call them be prepared to wait 30+ minutes and get transferred to several people. My frustration grew when we called to schedule and it was months out. I was told that this place prioritized infants with tongue ties and feeding issues, but how can you expect to assist when you need to wait 6 months for an appointment 😑. If I could give 0 stars I would. We’re going to Emanuel children’s hospital instead where they prioritize failure to thrive and feeding issues.
