My experience with the doctor and the staff were satisfactory, however, they did not run a pre authorization for the procedure I needed to have. That error, cost me a few hundred dollars out of pocket. I have never been to a doctor that didn’t check, to be sure the procedure would be covered, before proceeding. This has left me feeling dissatisfied and unhappy with my experience.

I was able to get an appointment within a week of the time I called. I came in with a very sore foot due to a bunion. I was concernedthat I would need to have it surgically removed. Dr. Nancy was friendly, informative, and helpful. He removed some large calluses on both sides of my foot and the pain was gone! I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience.

I was prolonged by Covid-19 to get toeven see a doctor I finally see dr Nance an we agreed I needed surgery well because I have asthma an had to cancel surgery an they canceled on me as well almost a year later I get told oh because of the cancellation during illness we are not Rescheduling your surgery they where dishonest with my pcp an me no letter from dr Nance explaining no phone call that’s not considered professional business
