Jeremy and Sasha are amazing and their rugs are top quality. They immediately emailed the info on rugs I liked, along with images of coordinating rugs from other stores. I was in town for a week and they had multiple rugs shipped in for me to see. They worked 'with' me to select the best rugs for each room and even recommended I 'wait' a day to make sure there was nothing that worked even better! I have been to many rug stores and their rugs are beautiful and their service is even better!

I needed a new rug for my living room and decided to visit the oriental carpet store last weekend! My mom has shopped here many times as well as my sister, so I knew I would find something beautiful that suited my space and that the customer service would be excellent. Jeremy was super patient with me and showed me all of the 8x10 rugs available in the store. When we went through those piles, he then pointed out possible some samples and showed me more images of rugs on the computer that he could have shipped here. They have such a huge selection it could have been overwhelming to decide which one. However, when I explained that my couch is blue and shared a picture of the room, Jeremy steered me towards rugs that wouldn't clash and wouldn't be too blue. I happened to see a rug hanging on the wall and figured out that it was my style. Based off this, I was shown some other options, which were later emailed to me. Throughout the entire process, Jeremy was very communicative and responded quickly to my emails and questions. He even offered to have the rug delivered to my house and said I did not have to commit to purchasing; he just wanted to make sure I was happy with it before I bought it. I was even offered other rugs to try, but I knew what I liked immediately when I saw it, so I just had the one rug delivered. The guys delivered my rug and set it up quickly, moving my furniture. It was such an easy experience! They wore shoe coverings, which I really appreciated and shared with me some best care instructions. I highly recommend oriental carpet. We decided to replace our living room rug and had a great experience with the Oriental Carpet. Jeremy and his staff helped us find the right carpet (we selected several and looked at them all in our home before making a final decision), installed the carpet with a new pad, and took care of our old rug. Very friendly, very professional!
