My happiest place is behind a barbell lifting heavy weight or crushing a met-con. When I couldn’t do that after an unexplainable injury to my low back, I didn’t know what else I was going to do. For weeks I could hardly perform the physical aspects of my job as nurse or step foot in the gym without instantly being in pain. I almost started to accept that I was going to live with this pain until I did an injury assessment with Dr. Cody. I put all my trust in his hands to help me prevent this pain from turning from acute into chronic.
Week after week I saw improvements.. Sessions were focused on exploration to target my injury improvement based on what was or wasn't achieved in the previous week. With a mixture of mobility exercises and slowly increasing volume and intensity, I'm now back to lifting heavy weight and RXing my workouts with no pain during or after. Beyond thankful for the expertise that Dr. Cody had to offer to eliminate my low back pain. I cannot recommend PATH enough!

I cannot recommend The PATH enough, not just for all athletes and movers in general dealing with injuries, but specifically for pole and aerial/circus artists. Dr. Paulina's deep understanding of movement and the human body make her a unicorn in the pole world. Having a shared language and understanding for what got me injured in the first place and how it was affecting my training was crucial. She has not only helped me rehab my shoulder injury but has given me a deeper understanding of my own body to help get me back to pole dancing and avoid future injuries. Definitely worth the investment in yourself and your longevity in any athletic endeavor!

The physical therapy program focusing on squats and running provided a solid foundation for improving my performance and addressing specific issues. The blending personalized coaching, effective at home daily exercise, and injury prevention strategies made a significant difference. While there's room for a bit more variety in the running drills, the overall experience is positive. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to enhance their squatting technique and running efficiency while also focusing on injury prevention.
