I’m happy to leave a review for a company that I’m happy to be working with. The Phillips Group provides me consultations with my business and files my tax returns. All my experiences with them have been productive because they truly know their stuff. Laura Phillips advises me on major business purchases, answers time-sensitive tax questions, and provides me with perspectives to reduce tax liabilities. It is so helpful to have her and the firm guide me through important decisions. Every business owner needs to have someone like Laura because owning a business can seem so difficult nowadays.
My favorite part about working with The Phillips Group is knowing that I can email or call them and not be charged since I’m on a monthly retainer. I have a dedicated staff accountant assigned to me so anytime I have a question or an issue, I can contact them without being charged. They’re accessible and pretty much always have an answer for me. The fact that we were able to build a level of trust so quickly is another reason why I’m satisfied. It is difficult to know with certainty that these companies care about you as a person and care about your business, but there’s an old school sincerity about them. They are a small business too so they possess a level of understanding that is intangible.
