Bait and Switch. They texted me a quote (and had a whole conversation with me) that stated $149 for the front glass and $49 for the camera glass. So my hubby went to the Tacoma location to pay the deposit and he was told to go to Federal Way. At the FW location, she refused to accept their own quote, refused to honor the price on THEIR OWN WEBSITE, and increased to price to over $300. I could've just bought a new phone for that cost. ESPECIALLY when the fingertip scanner now doesn't work after the "repair". DO NOT RECOMMEND. No Integrity.
