Have been to this restaurant over many years. This will not happen again. Entered the restaurant. Met by a woman that has no clue about kind conversation. Simply put, she was rude. If that wasn't enough I asked about dogs and her response was web site incorrect and that needs to be fixed. This isn't the end. We had parked on the property, had dogs on leash for break... only to have this woman shout at us from the restaurants front door...that we can't park. Long story short, will not spend hard earned money here. Not dog friendly, fix your web site... not people friendly.... that's up to the store. This store didn't get our business today and going forward not ever again. We spent $200+ to eat at another restaurant. This experience was so egregious there is nothing they can say to change our position. It was seriously that bad. Added - see owners response. I have 2 dogs, neither filthy... that were served at another restaurant. Wish I had taken the time to read others feedback and owners responses to other customers. Anyone reading this, if you take the time to read others feedback you will learn a lot.

The food and service were amazing. The rack of lamb had flavors that were unexpected but delightful. The prime rib was cooked as requested and and the sides were really good as well.

This is by far the best restaurant in Big bear. Me and my boyfriend absolutely love this place and have to go anytime were up there. The service is amazing and the food is super fresh and delicious. Jerry (the owner) and his wife make the experience the best. It has a great view when sitting outside and the music pulls it all together:)
