As an older person hesitant to go out in public because of the virus, I tried to get The Plant Place to choose two trees for me and deliver them. They refused and told me to come and choose the trees myself. I then tried to get the trees from The Plant Place by asking a local nursery store to order them for me. The local store owner was not successful and told me that the Plant Place was not helpful. I bought the trees from a more helpful and cooperative nursery. I will not patronize the Plant Place--ever.
