CT local who got married in Florida, and I cannot thank The Plumed Serpent enough for making the dress such a special part of the wedding experience! Leo did a wonderful job pulling gowns perfectly suited for the venue and in our budget (including customization options), while Alyssa's custom work and tailoring were so well-thought out and resulted in a beautiful end product. Their positivity AND flexibility also soothed our nerves as the wedding approached. Cannot recommend Plumed Serpent enough!

I had a great experience at The Plumed Serpent where I ended up finding both my wedding dress and earrings. I decided to visit this shop while visiting with family in CT and was impressed by their well curated selection. Lindsey was a big help throughout the gown try-on process, as well as with custom ordering the earrings that I liked. When the gown that I ordered took longer to arrive from the designer than expected, Lindsey worked with them to expedite shipping to minimize my stress around my tight fittings schedule. I would highly recommend this shop and its team to others!

Absolutely wonderful experience at The Plumed Serpent!!! From when we first arrived for our appointment, we were greeted with the sweetest service. My stylist gave me options and allowed me the time to try on. I think she knew before I did on which one I would choose and I was so grateful for her! We also did the fitting and alterations with Lissa, who was an absolute gem!! Working with her in my appointments was my favorite part of the entire experience. She listened to what my vision was and I couldn’t have asked for more of a lovely time. The staff and service was beyond my expectations and of course the dresses are beautiful. I would highly recommend!!
