I love living at the POP! My townhome is just beautiful; the finishes are top notch and the noise level is minimal. Alex and Pailey truly care about us and are very personable. Very pet friendly. The only downfall is they are very generous with their dog treats! My Basset, Beau, loves living here!

I lived here for a year. I was the first one in my beautiful unit. Great appliances, in a safe, clean building. The neighborhood is incredible with a frequent pop up dog park nearby and proximity to Mc’Menamin’s! I loved the gym! The management and maintenance team were really easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend living here

Beware! We had a couple of major issues:
Extremely difficult to get hold of any staff - even to sign the lease
The moment you give the refund deposit, don't expect it back. We stayed for a very short term and got the apartment professionally cleaned. We were still charged $650 from the security deposit for cleaning and painting (we did not hang anything on the walls and they were in the same state as when we moved in). We did not receive any communication about how much will they be charging us and for what.
If you are okay with the above and okay spending 20 minutes each time you need to park your car, you can go ahead with leasing here.
