Very kind. Went out of way to make sure insurance covered my $10,000 prescription and managed to receive it next day while other pharmacies said it would take 2 weeks. Will now use for all my needs. Covered or not.

a very rude woman called me to let me know my prescription was ready. when i questioned the cost (because last time it was cheaper) she got heated and told me "feel free to go elsewhere to get your meds" - thanks, i will.
