Been a resident for 2 years here. Its a nice location if you like constant road noise. Look around this place a little closer when you come to check out an apartment. Tarps on all the roofs, garbage under the bushes, there has been an old decrepit flipflop that has been in front of my building since I moved in, I named it Harold. We have had maintenance in my apartment at 8 am with out knocking. I have had them Screw a random part in to my microwave instead of ordering a 40 dollar part. Most of the stair way lights are blown out but you only see that at night. Had everything that could rupture and flood my 3rd floor apartment rupture and flood my carpet. The last time they schedueled a cleaner crew to clean up all the standing water that sat there all day but they didn't show up until 9 am the next day leaving my apartment smelling like a basement for months. I can no longer really use my hall closet after the water heater broke and they put one in "temporary" that is super wide and sits in the middle of the closet. It's been there for months. Grilling is not allowed on porches but that won't stop your downstairs neighbors from filling your house with smoke and when you complain, nothing happens. I have had to CC the manager of the manager here every time we have an issues to get anything solved. The pool is barely open, the hot tub has is constantly broken so don't let them sell you on any amenities because you only get the gym, maybe... if your lucky. Other than that its a nice quiet community and the only one where I have heard a woman screaming for help out of the next apartment so loud they police had to kick in the door. Don't let them fool you, know where your renting.

I recently moved out of this complex, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I lived in a 1 bed/1 bath unit, and after touring a dozen complexes, I found the Preserve to offer the most space and a competitive price. If you’re concerned about safety, this whole area is safe and quiet. My neighbors were friendly and peaceful. The office management (Melissa and Jessica) were an absolute pleasure. They were always friendly, and were always able to get in contact with. The maintenance team are run by great guys, with a decent response time for maintenance issues. If you’re considering moving to the area, please consider this place as a top pick.

My experience at The Preserve has been nothing short of wonderful. For the value, it's one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. The community is relatively quiet, and I feel very safe. And the spacious one bedroom/one bathroom apartment I rented is very comfortable for the price I'm paying.
Melissa and Jessica are consummate professionals and are always available to answer any questions. I had some issues when I first moved in, but they both bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied and that all my concerns were promptly addressed. I really appreciated their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to make sure my experience at The Preserve was the best it could be.
Would highly recommend living here!
