The technicians are all very gentle, they all do a wonderful job and make this as easy as possible. Highly recommend. Better than European wax centers.

Today was the first time I had enough courage to get my neck waxed. Since my 20's I've used various method to combat this problem. The problem being hair growing from my chin to my neck. I'm Black and my hair is curly so I have the occasional ingrown and itching as the hair grows. I never liked shaving and recently got fed up with my plucking. The results are no longer worth the effort. I almost cancelled my appointment, mentally rehearsed my excuse, but glad I followed through. Brittany was so reassuring and completely understanding. Any anxiety or embarrassment faded away during our conversation about body positivity and loving what you got. Waxing didn't hurt at all. No discomfort whatsoever. I will definitely be going back. And you should go too. Make the appointment. My results are... perfect.
