Nonexistent customer service. If I'm waiting in line to see a budtender, I'm expecting actual help or I'd order ahead. I described what i was looking for in prerolls since i didn't know what they had. The prerolls i was presented with were the literal opposite of what i said. I asked for uplifting yet was offered heavy hitting indicas, and id said i had a high tolerance yet was offered 18% when I asked for a different cannaboid ratio, I was asked if I wanted infused. I did not. Apparently this place can only have a high cannaboid total when infused? I tried looking to see if I recognized any brands from the times I've gone to any other dispensary and was actually helped but didn't recognize any. The person at the counter just stared at me and didn't offer any suggestions. I had to place an order on their tablet myself to even get any product and they didn't have what I wanted from the order screen. Did not offer a substitute. Just said it happens. If the inventory isn't up to date, you might want to actually help people that wait in line. Just a thought?
Anyway. The owner of uncle Ikes might be a garbage person but I'd make the two block trek to get better products and to be treated like a human being.
I recently purchased some flower and on getting home I discovered the package of flower wasn't sealed and there was an obvious shortage on the amount of weed I bought. 60$ for 2 grams worth of weed. Not to mention if there's no seal I have zero comfort in the product I received. I didn't get a receipt so I can't get a refund. Regardless I probably won't be returning.
