Hands͏ down the best experience Recently I was appointed Administrator in my dad's estate after he passed away. With that came his home and belongings. My brother and I decided to hire Rhonda to help us with the sale of the home that was in probate at the time. I live in Northern Idaho but the home was in Oroville, CA. Rhonda made the process incredibly smooth from start to finish and made sure that I understood everything that was going on, even being many miles away. She took all of the extra steps to ensure we were in the best place to put the home on the market and helped facilitate a smooth sale process.
