Fun play area, water table, sand table, and food...until our last visit. Withholding 5 stars until the following is addressed:
- filthy water table with broken/leaky parts. Needs to be enclosed to keep water contained
- sand table is not enclosed by the main steps into the play area which means sand is everywhere on the steps. Need to enclose it like before
- projector for climbing wall badly needs a new bulb or have brightness increased significantly as it was unusable
- pizza crust was borderline undercooked
- still no value or family packs. 18/hr for over 2 years old is just not competitive with the other options in the area now. You can go to indoor trampoline places for $24.99 a person for an entire month (sky zone) or lower hourly rates with more activities (elevated sports)!

My brokerage rented out the outdoor space for The Ridge Activity Center for a Free Bothell Community Event and it went very well! The guests had a great time. I will rent out the space again to show community support for the City of Bothell.

I hosted a birthday party and it was pretty good. But the bathroom is so filthy. I asked one of the employees to clean it, and they told each other the bathroom is dirty and no one cleaned it for like 2 hours. No paper towels either. There's a younger kid that works hard cleans all the party rooms, and the other employees don't really do anything, they pretty much sit there and talk. The food is really really slow too, we ordered a sandwich and it's been like 15 mins and nothing yet. The food is pretty good here!
