It has taken me quite sometime to write this review for various reasons. We worked with Sandra and her team for a year a few months before our wedding date. in the begining her and her team were easy t get a hold of and would answer my questions. Once we paid our wedding in full (5 months early in cash) we began to struggle to get our questions answered. Sandra made so many promises and did not pull through for most of them. At first it felt like this was a perfect match, finding a wedding planner that provided everything in house, unfortunately there is such a thing of its too good to be true. I was very disappointed because I thought that Sandra was a genuine person. The original food vendor we book our food with got changed due to a fallout between Sandra and them. When I asked if we could still use them she said yes but she would not be there for the day off (which makes things complicated as she was the planner). We opted to go with another vendor and I had to cook a portion of the food because this wasn‘t we wanted to serve our guest. Sandra gave us her word that we were going to have a taco guy for the night cap for our guest and us to enjoy. Sandra left our wedding reception early and no taco man showed up. When I asked her staff they had no idea and ordered little Cesar’s pizza instead. As you can imagine I was very frustrated because this was not what we agreed upon. I chose to get my cake done with an outside baker and I was promised that the cake could be dropped off the night before the wedding, when my cake person arrived they told her there was no space ( after I called and literally cried) they made an exception to store the cake. Our ceremony was supposed be done all in the same location as a our reception and a week prior we were given noticed that it would have to me moved due to local carnival and it would be too much noise. So we moved the reception to a local hotel and Sandra assured us we would have a hotel room paid for and that I could get ready there. When we arrived there was no room and I had to pay for it myself. The ceremony was chaotic with the sounds of traffic on the street, the microphone kept cutting off. We paid extra to have a light up low sign at our reception and it was not there. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone, if its sounds to good to be true it probably is. I was so disappointed in their service and lack of follow through. They put a bad taste into a day that should have been perfect.

I am beyond pleased with my wedding expectations, everything was really beautiful Ashley did an amazing job with my flower decoration. Sandra is such an amazing energized soul, she is such a beautiful individual with so much imagination and goes way overboard with perfectionist details. Dillon was super attentive all night if we needed anything he was there, bringing us drinks, and food. The entire Family business is awesome I really enjoyed my special day. I had so many great compliments of my event. Remember all events can be stressful and not everything can comes as planned but with a positive energy everything flows in the right direction. I really appreciate you guys for making my day awesome🤗❤️💫@TheRusticChic, you rock

BEWARE!!! I would not recommend this place. The owner Sandra stopped the party 2 hours before the party was supposed to end. She came in yelling. She has a YouTube video up of the wedding event and her staff is literally LAUGHING saying someone was crying at the venue when the party was shut down. Her and her staff have no respect for the bride and groom. Booked the venue a whole year in advance and Sandra kept adding all sorts of fees throughout the process. Please be a better person Sandra. All yelp reviews show how horrible her service is. It doesn’t hurt to be nice.
