It's the worst place you could live it's full of bed bugs and roaches they don't do nothing to help you I haven't had a working fridge in 4 months or a door knob in 2 months no they don't care do not rent with these people it would be a bad decision I know it's the cheapest place in town but you going to get what you pay for when you leave you have to leave all your electronics behind because you're going to take the roaches with you be careful just be careful don't room from these people

You definitely get what you pay for here. If you’re fresh off the streets, or coming from camp, hope, then this spot isn’t too bad especially if it’s all you can afford. However, if you have the option, I would greatly recommend spending the extra money to live in an actual apartment building. There’s only about four or five bathrooms in the entire three-story building, and it is absolutely infested with cockroaches and bedbugs no matter how clean you keep your room you will get them. Management does what they can, but there’s only two people operating this building and another one currently under construction, so getting things like maintenance, pest control, and other things that you may need a landlord for can be very difficult. The people are friendly, which counts for something I suppose. Really it’s only one step away from being on the street, so like I said, if you have no other option, it’s a roof over your head, however do not expect heat or AC because there is none. And definitely get some shower shoes because a lot of the people you share the bathroom with are…less than sanitary. Overall I don’t regret the year I spent here, but boy was I glad to get the heck out!
