As a member of the shop, I find the shop to be very professional, family oriented loves the community. The owner has all of these qualities. He loves people and the community, he is very professional! The shop is a great place to come and work out and you will see results within weeks!! I highly recommend the shop. The owner is wonderful and the people that come feel like family to me and is my second home!!!

Coach Rodrigo is one of the best coach I ever had. He is very caring and at the same time firm with his classes. Time flies by during his sessions, he makes them fun and challenging

Would not recommend this gym if you are a female. Rod has touched or spoken to female clients inappropriately. Instead of taking accountability, he just refunded my membership. I felt embarrassed and essentially pushed out of the gym (a place where I felt like I had a sense of community with other members).
