I've been going to the Shop for 5 plus years. The place in my opinion has gone down hill. On my last visit they only had 1 person cutting hair, and she was slower than molasses. It took her 30 minutes to do a 10 minute haircut. I won't be going back. They act like they're doing you a favor by cutting your hair. I don't have all day to fit into their schedule to get a simple haircut .

The Shop has some amazing stylists working there right now!

Olivia does an incredible job with fades and hair designs. If you have an undercut and want to spice it up, go to Olivia!

I always appreciate the stylists taking their time to explain how they are cutting my hair and asking questions to make sure I get the haircut I want and what's possible.

The receptionists are always nice and friendly when I go in.

Thankful to have the shop in Covington! Thank you for all the hard work 💜

We booked two kids cuts appointments, 5/9 years old and they called us two days in a row cancelling our appointment. First days excuse was girl went home early sick. Second days excuse was they were just overwhelmed with too many cuts today and they are short staffed. What’s the point of an appointment. . . I would not recommend this place. Poor poor customer service.
