I just bought a new mattress from the Sleep Shoppe and it went so smoothly. Steve helped us try all the mattresses we wanted to see. He patiently waited as laid on each one and helped us find the perfect one. They have a great selection with a range of brands and prices. The purchase was easy and the next day delivery was perfect.

Just had to give a shout out to everyone about this place and especially our salesman Bo Beck. What a great guy, no pressure, very attentive and really looking to satisfy our needs. We ended up with an adjustable bed and love it! It is truly the best bed I have ever slept on. The delivery guys were great too. Went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything and gave us a nice tutorial on the bed and the systems. All and all it was a great purchase. Thanks again Bo!

After years of receiving stellar service, we have recently had a very negative experience with this distributor. We purchased a mattress about five years ago, California king for over $2000. Turns out it was a lemon. Per the manufacturers warranty they came out and Surveyed said mattress , agreed that it was in fact a bad mattress and exchanged it for us. Well, the mattress that the manufacturer decided to give us was an Extremely soft mattress. We were under the impression that it would be the exact same mattress that they would exchange. We were told that after two years the manufacture no longer makes that mattress and so they exchanged our old mattress for a comparable mattress . We were even told it was even a “better mattress “ from Steve at sleep shop. After sleeping on it my husband and I both were having back issues, our shoulders hurt our necks hurt it just was too soft for our liking. I read up on the exchange policy at the sleep shop ( a 90 day policy) So I called the sleep shop and spoke to Peter about the situation. Thinking that we would treat this as a new purchase since we had just received this new mattress (that my husband and I did not choose but that the manufacturer chose for us.) that we were unhappy with. I was in fact told by Peter that unfortunately we are stuck with this mattress. I told him that was unacceptable . Peter responded with a very rude “what do you want! What are you asking me for a free mattress”? FREE ? Excuse me sir, My husband and I spent good money on a mattress that was lemon! My expectation is that you would honor your return policy and exchange the mattress . So no, I am not asking you for a free mattress! Peter told me he would talk to the owner Fred and see what Fred would do for us. I got a call explaining that Fred would have us come and look at some mattresses and he would give us a “special price“. I personally don’t think we should have had to pay anything except for maybe a discarding fee and or delivery fee. I feel it is unfair to charge us at all for a mattress that we are unhappy with when your exchange policy is a 90 day exchange policy and this to us was a new mattress, And within 90 days of receiving it From the manufacture that they distribute for. I’m not sure whatever happened to fighting for your customer. Being in customer service myself I know personally that I would never treat one of my customers this way and try to hand them off to the manufacture of a product that I stand behind. We were told by Fred the owner, That they don’t make money by giving away mattresses... and the best he could do was put in a call to the manufacture for us. We obviously will not be returning to the store as we have to eat $2000 and spend an additional most likely $2000 or over for a brand new mattress. I would not recommend this store.
