We just finished our initial appointment today with Smart Orthodontics and I cannot give enough praises! We're a military family with 3 kids, so this was not our first experience. Charlie went above and beyond to make our daughter feel 100% comfortable. She broke down and explained every detail of the plan they were suggesting and all our options. She is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming to all questions. At the end was the financial part which was pleasant and completely opposite of another experience we had in Gig Harbor. Nicole was a sweetheart that went through the numbers and told me to go home and discuss and call/email back with our decision. There was no intimidating or urgency on big bucks being paid immediately. We are really looking forward to working with this orthodontic team. I'm not one to write reviews, but they basically blew me out of the water.
