First time for full groom at federal way. I was told $120. Picked up dog and she looked like I did it. Choppy schnauzer cut. Looked nothing like a schnauzer cut. And they charged me $180! I was shocked. The purple haired women who did not do the cut said. Oh I think I saw her having to tug on her beard. So that would be extra. I asked how they came up with $180. She said something about her weight. She pointed to weight chart. My dog was actually under the weight she pointed do. Basically she was making up stuff. I received no print out of what they did. I said my dog was not matted. I brush her every day with a special comb. That detangles. Fur. later find out that they don’t even express their glands. I told them I would not be back but they didn’t care. So unprofessional! They were greedy up charging and lost a potential expensive life long grooming client. Stupid on them. I’m going to learn how to cut my dog myself until I find a reputable groomer. The one I had moved out of state.

Wonderful service for a self dog wash.
Knowledgeable, helpful and they really try to have realistic prices to become a repeat customer.

Love it here! I always get my girls coat super clean! She always walks out super white! What she loves about this place is after her bath she gets a yummy treat after or a toy.
