We had an absolutely fantastic experience buying our first hot tub here. Tia and Marshall are amazing & super knowledgeable about the options on the market. Tia is frankly a huge reason we decided to purchase from this location in the first place. She answered all of our questions, walked us through the honest pros and cons of all the options we were considering, and made sure we walked away with a purchase that suited our needs best. I’d highly recommend stopping in here if you are on the market for a spa!

Danny came out to repair our tub and did a first class job. He was very polite, very professional, well informed and helped me to plan for the future purchase of a new hot tub. His advice was sincerely appreciated and his courtesy and friendliness were a real reflection of the high standards of the Spa Warehouse. Highly recommend this company!

My tub was leaking and I was heartbroken. Other hot tub company was NOT calling back. One call to Tia (sales) and I had a technician John out in a couple of day's. John was on time, professional, fast, explained things very clearly and I now know so much more about my 2x daily used tub. John was courteous, respectful and did a bang up job! I will definitely use Spa Warehouse again.
