I've been a customer here for about a year and a half; the staff are cool and the customer service has been pretty good. But recently I bought a baton here that didn't charge at all. When I asked for a refund/exchange a day later, they completely refused. When I asked why, the employee kept talking about how little profit they made on each baton and how it would hurt the business too much.
Other stores in the area have been eager to exchange broken products for me, but it's sad that The Spot seems to care more about their sales than their customer's experience :(
