Staff wasn't very engaging but that's not a negative for some or experienced customers. I was given ample time to make my decision without feeling rushed or unwelcomed. Friendly and respectful
My only negative, and this is personal, was the music was a bit too loud for my liking. It may be overstimulating for more sensitive visitors. I also wished there was a lounge but sadly no.
