Great studio for pilates, strength, group and personal training. Tinu is a extremely personable and highly competent. The Town Athletics has a great set up and the atmosphere is inviting. Highly recommend The Town Athletics for all of your personal training and custom athletic training programing.

Caitlin and Tinu are fantastic!

Caitlin has been my coach for the past 6 years and has seen me through PRs in the 5k, 10k, half and full marathons, the Boston Marathon, as well as PRs in the 50k, 50 mile, and 100k distances. If you’re looking to run farther, faster, or stronger The Town Athletics is the place to train!
