Bob, the owner is a difficult person to communicate with. He clearly doesn’t care about the details of your big day, rather care about his earnings.
I ended up purchasing myself a Tuxedo from elsewhere because Bob messed up with my rental tux arrangement at the last minute.
Bob should consider hiring professional customer service and he should do the back end work.

This guy is simply the best. Super chaotic operation but at the same time very efficient and personalized. I think this is the type of business that so many of us yearn for but is slowly being lost in our society.

Bob, the owner and the only person there to help you, is amazing! He has great suits, excellent customer service, and amazing up front pricing! My son is always late with everything, and we came into the tuxedo club just a couple of days before prom. Bob helped us out just like we had been early, and he had plenty of time, even though I could see when we were there that he is literally always helping someone out with a suit. He didn't even charge a late/rush fee. Take your money to this business and shower him with the praises he deserves! Support local, small business. Thank you so much for making my teenagers night that much easier. He looked amazing.
