This store used to be a nice store with a good atmosphere. The attendees used to give excellent customer service with a smile. However, I was there today August 7th to notary my address and I found a dark store with ZERO customer service. I am writing this review not because the person wasted one hour of my day. I am writing this review because of the way I was treated. You never treat customers like crooks. There is a way to say things, and don’t be argumentative – you had my fingerprint. Disgusting customer service. I will never step foot again and I recommend looking for other UPS stores in the area.

It's honestly baffling to read some of these 1 star reviews. The majority of these 1 star reviews attempt to give the store a bad image and yet don't recognize that they themselves, the customer, are likely the cause of the problem. Those people are so quick to write a negative review because they have nothing better to do with their lives (if only we could give customers negative reviews). I've been going to this UPS store for a few years now and have never had a problem with the staff. They are always friendly and eager to help. I bring my Amazon returns (I buy a lot on Amazon) and it's always a pleasant and easy experience. The young lady with dark curly hair has always been kind to me and makes my returns an easy process. Believe what you want, but some of these reviews are bogus and try to make themselves look like the victims. This is my favorite UPS and I will continue to conduct business with them.

The people running this store were extremely helpful and patient when I had a bunch of returns. Appreciated their customer service and eye to detail
