Every time I go to this store I leave asking myself why did I go back? The customer service consistently lacks. The employees are often rude, unprofessional, and just seem genuinely unhappy. The woman (whom I assume owns the store), is even worse (which explains why it's such a negative environment). She is confrontational and unstable - and has no sense of customer service or how to provide a good example for her employees. Therefore, it is difficult to place any blame on her employees; if she treats customers poorly, they her employees are most likely treated even worse. When you see consistent, negative reviews regarding the same topic, it's generally not just an angry customer venting - there is accuracy to the comments. Try any other UPS Store and you'll have a much better experience in every aspect. Specifically, the store off of Palomar Airport Road provides exceptional service - they smile when you walk in and don't treat you like you are wasting their time. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Additionally, there are a lot of other businesses in this complex, so it's convenient for other shopping. Even if this location is a few miles further away, it will be well worth the extra driving time.

The people at this UPS store are amazing. They helped us with many aspects of an international move including passport photos and shipping delicate items. This is a very well-run business. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

The staff are so great at this UPS store and they have everything I need in one place. There is a UPS store closer to my home but I keep going to this store because of the people. They were so supportive and accommodating when I was going through a health crisis this past year. And it’s really conveniently located right off the Oceanside Blvd exit of I-5. I can’t say enough good things about this store. They really value their customers and it shows every time!
