Very poor customer service over the phone. Rep was not attentive and was speaking to other people while on the phone with me. When I asked for the store email so we may provide a shipping label for client who doesn’t have a printer, he was in a rush and I had to ask him to provide the email a little slower. Then he said said they would have to go to commerce. Not sure if he was talking to me or to another person. Out of frustration I ended the call. Will never recommend this UPS store to our clients!!

Great customer service and they have parking. Pablo was very friendly and professional and help me with all the questions and concerns I had.

Utter incompetence. The business itself updated their hours on Google 3 weeks ago. I got 20 minutes before closing time to simply pick up a package that was redirected there. Closed and locked, door wouldn’t budge. Hours on the door says closes at 5pm.
