Bad experience from the very beginning. I asked for their free 3 month promotion for a mailbox and they said they did not have such promotion. I had to point at the sign at the door that says "3 MONTHS FREE MAILBOX". They were confused about it and had to make a call.
Then, I sometimes needed to get mail forwarded; I would call and they would charge my card, but forget to mail my stuff for several days.
Then, when my mailbox rental expired, I called and asked them if I had any final mail to pick up (I was not renewing), and the lady told me she could not tell me if I have any mail to pick up unless I renew!!!
