This is the only UPS store open on a Sunday. I have had the pleasure of being helped my Jessica Threat. From doing my passport photos, to Amazon returns, to fingerprinting. She has the best customer service I’ve ever had at any UPS store. On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed her being alone with the line out the door, multitasking whenever possible . She does her best all the time and it sure shows. I wanted to buy her a coffee or Jamba Juice and she always humbly declines. She is an asset to this company. Even when lines are long before closing, she is always considerate of her customers. Letting them know she will be right with them. Absolutely stellar service. Miss Jessica, my husband and I thank you. We see your hard work. You are a gem. Keeping shining. You are the best.

I’m a reseller who ships out packages regularly after years in business I trust and appreciate ups as my main delivery company,

After walking in stressed out dealing with other shipping companies on a delayed package that was sent to me and having to ship my own package, walking in Jeanette and Ms. Laiqa can always make things easier. The other gentleman is really nice too.

Ms. Laiqa is always in such a good mood early morning or evening she has a smile on her face no matter what problems I come in through the door with.

Jeanette can always find the right size box for the random things I sell on eBay and I get free tape for my package shhhh don’t tell nobody.
