Somehow the employees (especially the male employee) always have an attitude, like they are doing me a favor to go there. I would rather not to use this store and drive a few miles further to another UPS locations.

Came to drop off prepaid laptop boxes to UPS. Worker asked about value of the items and telling me that this location does not allow high value items to be received. Worker rolled her eyes and gave even more attitude when I wanted confirmation on how this is a UPS store and I couldnt drop off 2 laptop boxes that had a prepaid label. She mentioned that the driver could scan it if they were here which made no sense. At least have a comment or description of how much value an item can be dropped off here instead of spending my time coming onsite to find this.

I frequent this UPS store regularly due to its proximity to my residence. Without fail, each visit has been a delightful experience, whether I'm handling Amazon returns, notary work, or any of my shipping needs. Saeed, in particular, has consistently stood out during my interactions. His patience, kindness, and diligent approach to his work make every visit smooth and efficient. Having a UPS store near my home that I genuinely enjoy visiting is truly a convenience.
