The notary public at this location, Azam Hadi, is incompetent. I drove 40 miles to an apostille office in Los Angeles and paid $12 for parking only to be told that I needed to have a cover sheet from the notary public. The next day, with the updated paperwork in hand, I repeated the 40 mile drive and paid for parking again to learn that he had identified himself as a notary and not as a notary public. The apostille office would not accept the paperwork. The lady told me the statute that requires the correct notary title saying, "He should know better", and told me she was going to file a report against him with the compliance office. Due to his incompetence, I have spent $24 on parking and about four to five hours of drive time for nothing. Now I need to find a different notary public to get my documents notorized again, spend another two to three hours driving, and another $12 for parking. Don't go to this guy.
