I went by there to the UPS store to return Amazon package one of the packages that I was returning happened to be 2 boxes on the same label so the skinny young white girl that’s works there said I can’t ship it for you like that I said what you mean they delivered to me like this after all the argument she said oh you need to tape them together she could of said that to me from the beginning with out arguing and I asked for tape she said no tape I said can you tape it for me she said you have to buy tape I am like wow I come here all the time can you tape it please she refused I think UPS needs to hire the right people for the job this is the last time I go there

Waited for a package to be delivered from Santa Inez winery. It was received at this location but I was never contacted and when I went to location to inquire they had no record. Upon supplying them with delivery date and name of person who signed for it, they located it. BUT now they want to charge me $10 to pick it up. They claim it was not UPS delivery, just a drop off location. Sender has verified it was a UPS delivery. Staff was rude, not aware of what was protocol , and one employee hung up on me! Do better, UPS!!!

The staff is fine and the location is convenient, but parking can be a hassle. I try to not park in the row of spots directly in front of the storefront because you can get trapped by cars leaving the parking lot, and people don't let you out. Beyond that, it's a fine store in a useful location. It's just a pain to park.
