Been coming to the store now for a couple years. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. It can get busy at times but they’re always really quick and very attentive to get what I need done and a quick timely manner. Sean is especially great he’s I think the owner/manager there, he’s always very friendly and he’s taken care of some issues for me in the past, he even let me in a few minutes before opening to get an important package out once. Definitely recommend this place.

The employees were incredibly helpful to me. My mother-in-law died a few days ago, and I needed to ship many items to another state. When I took the items, I realized that the boxes I had used were moving boxes and were not intended for mailing. Your employees were incredibly kind and transferred all of the items to 4 large (18x18) boxes and made the process as easy as possible for me. Thanks so much to them for their kindness when I was not having a great week.

I’ve been going to this UPS store for a couple years now and Sean is always efficient in processing my returns. He’s told me before about just how many returns he gets per day, and yet he still handles everyone with friendliness and speed. Today he helped me with packaging my luggage.
