I had big shipping job to send out some published books for my boss and I didn't have any boxes for them. I picked this location to do my shipping needs and they were great and very helpful! I would totally recommend them (family business)with a few staff. When a address was incorrect, they would contact me and let me know. Great customer service!!

I just witnessed the owner Matt Jones bark at an innocent nice lady. He was screaming and blowing up at a stranger. Guy has issues. Don't go here. Sausalito UPS is where the nice people are.

In the past, I have given this store an excellent review, but no more. I asked them to send the contents of my box to me in May but it was returned to the store and then the store lost it. I have tried to get them to do a trace and I have even had the company start an investigation all to no avail. Once the package was lost, the store stopped communicating with me unless I phoned but then they never followed up. I not only blame the store but also UPS corporate. Their customer service rep requested an investigation on my behalf but instead of corporate taking charge of it, put it in the hands of the store and told me I had to follow up with the same store that has been repeatedly non-responsive. Stupid process. It is now three weeks since the investigation request and no communication from either the store or corporate. Nonexistent service.
