A great hidden treasure in a strip mall package. Marie and her team are exceptional. Dont be fooled by the no frills setting, or the matter of fact one customer at a time, no drama vibe of this tight team. I trust Marie with all of my delicate antique packing and mailing, including items with values in the 10s of thousands of dollars, items that were over 400 years old, awkwardly shaped pieces, and some medium sized furniture pieces. She has created super secure custom shipping solutions, and is great at communicating. I once had to reopen an item (a pair of early American chairs) she had packed and was blown away by the level of professionalism and personal concern with the security of the items. One of her associates seems to specializes in solutions for safely shipping electronics too!
Lazy worthless employees that think they are too good to do amazon returns. I have done dozens of returns and they are always a pain to deal with and now they want you to change the settings on your phone so they can do the return... This is just a way to inconvenience customers so they don't come back and was never necessary before with any return or anywhere else you take returns. If you think you are too good to do returns than work somewhere else. This is where your company has agreed to take returns.
