Went into this store to pick up an online order about an hour ago. When I entered the store an elderly man who I believe was named Mark began to help me. I assume he was new and training just because he wasn't totally sure where to look for my order. There was a young woman with short brunette hair standing a few feet away. He asked her for help and she immediately snapped at him. I have never seen someone be so unprofessional. She treated him so poorly and acted like assisting me was beneath her. Sure if I as a customer get treated like that, but to treat coworkers like that so blatantly in front of customers is extremely unprofessional. 1 star for this young woman who doesn't know the meaning of customer service, kindness, or respect. 5 stars to the older man helping me while being treated like this. I wouldn't be surprised if this location has an extremely high turnover rate. Do better. Treat your employees better.

They had my package since yesterday and then decided to have the worst partner in the USPS business at Spokane Hillyard to deliver it for them, when they could of easily dropped it off at my place since it is before USPS....I was to get it today... I will get the runaround with USPS of why they couldn't deliver it and then I'll have to inconveniently go get it regardless of the postage I paid. UPS customer service AI is terrible and refuses to let me talk to an actual live person to get this resolved... I'll probably won't receive package til next week since UPS decided to pass the Buck and not do what they're paid to do... UPS is Shady Business when they're not doing what they're paid to do....That was a terrible move on UPS! Shame on you guys!!

Anna helped us with shipping two large boxes and she was extremely helpful! She helped us with box size and shipping options. Thank you so much!! Made our day she was that helpful.
