Mailed some key packages because I didn't have time to mail them at my hometown and was disappointed in what The UPS Store offered in terms of 1. quality service and 2. dependable results.
I have gone to a number of UPS stores in many parts of the country during my young life and (to be quite frank) have never seen anything of this low quality. I don't understand why The UPS Store can't get things right. Please do better for the next customer. I will remember to skip Moses Lake location and mail either out of Spokane or Seattle where stores have a better ranking.
This ups store is amazing! I have SO MANY Amazon returns and they are always so patient and helpful with them! I always try and have my returns prepped and ready for them to make the process as simple as possible, but they never make me feel like a problem or try to rush me. The lines can get long, but they work through them as quickly as they can and they give you the proper time and info needed for whatever transaction you have. Just make sure you get confirmation receipts for any Amazon returns! It’s good for peace of mind and the occasional issue when Amazon thinks they didn’t get the return back.
