Absolutely awful Customer Service! Went in on Saturday 11.11.23 to pick up our package at the UPS Store, which we had to pay extra to be delivered to (that's a different issue), and the package was not there.
We had confirmation that is was delivered and accepted by "Gavin". They could not locate the package by my name or the shipment #. When I inquired where could it be since "Gavin" stated it was received in the store and there is a proof of delivery we were told, "Well the driver just knows our names and when he sees us, signs our names that we were here, drops the packages and leaves."
I was then told I would receive a call Monday, 11.13.23 from the store manager with an update. It is Tuesday 11.14.23 at 3:08 PM PST and I had to call for an update. I was told "she is talking to UPS" not sure what that means, and said ok, so I'll get a call back today with an update? I was informed no, as she has left for the day.
The young man on the phone was understanding and understood why frustration would be experienced on our end, and was apologetic so this is in no way a reflection of him.
But the process in place at this store with people's packages and lack of follow up is absurd, especially for a multi-million dollar company who claims "We (heart) Logistics".
